Many Ocean Voyagers prefer our 2/3 size (24" x 36") nautical chart portfolios for they are bound opening fasteners, are uniformly sized, fit your chart table, and are less expensive than full size reproductions. The full size chart reproduction folios do not come bound with opening fasteners, all portfolios have a cover sheet which contains the list of sea charts and titles in the folio. In addition, the schematics from the government navigation chart catalogs are displayed on the folio cover. All navigational charts are in numerical order within the folio.Yachtsmen report that during night use of BCP black and white chart copies under red light conditions, the entire chart image displays much better than the official government original navigation chart. The original nautical chart has certain colors which do not display well under red lights, and the black and white images in BCP nautical chart reproductions display with clarity.
